Please note that the Delivery Guarantee does not cover incorrect postal addresses due to customer error or return-to-sender situations.
International Shipping - Customs Import Duty & Taxes
We ship to countries outside Australia via Australia Post International. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Please note that The Groomi Co is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
Please note that all import duties, taxes and import fees are unable to be included in the shipping costs. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in your destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with your order.
Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit. Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $40 AUD return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
Shipping Information
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation.
We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
All unclaimed / undeliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.
The Groomi Co is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended. The Groomi Co does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia.
